Water
- Step 1. Unplug machine
- Step 2. Plug it back in and screen will appear with “Types of Filtration”
- Step 3. Hover hand over cold water dispense until it moves to “Carbon Filters”
The hot-water switch on the back of the machine may be turned off and you simple need to turn it on. Try flipping the switch and wait about 5 minutes for the water to heat up before testing the dispense. Be careful not the burn yourself! If you are confused on how to use the hot water feature please contact us 718-313-0113 and we will troubleshoot with you or schedule service if needed, thank you.
If there is water on the floor it is possible the machine detected a false leak and shut itself off precautionarily. Please check if your drip-tray needs to be emptied.
Troubleshooting beings with unplugging the machine and waiting 5 minutes. Then, plug back in and wait another 5 minutes before testing the dispense.
If this does not work please check and see if the valve is in the off position. Watch our tutorial on how to shut off your water.
If this is not the issue then it is possible the water in your building is turned off, please inquire with your building management company or onsite facilities-team.
