What should I start with??! First off I came in late and he was here with was amazing because we were having difficulties but when I approached him - he was very informative, very relatable and easy to talk to. He was very respectful of my colleagues and work space! We shared a few laughs and he was ready , willing and able to work. Sal u were amazing !!

HYDR8 water system is amazing the water taste clean, refreshing and cold. It's one of the best water system I have come cross it's small. Doesn't take up much space, it's convenient and it also gives hot water. Connor the service rep is wonderful he's knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with

We had ran into some billing issues here in the office, That has been on going for some time now. A big confusion between 2 separate practices, that had not been handled properly with any other Rep i have dealt with. Then, I spoke with Anna. Thank you Anna for actually taking the time, and having a lot of patience with me trying to rectify the issue. Anna went over all information on our account, and did not get off the phone with me till everything was figured out. I also appreciate my call back when we were disconnected. She was professional, and Calm even with my frustration and i can appreciate that. If you need something done over at Hydr8 speak to Anna. I went from calling frustrated and upset to all smile, when i got off the phone with her.

Best water I've ever had.

We just had our Hydr8 water dispenser installed. Marek came on time, with everything he needed. He was absolutely terrific; professional, efficient, and polite - clearly on top of his game! He is a fine representative of the company . Water tastes like - water! There is none of the horrible taste and smell of typical south west Nassau tap water.

Working with Ralph and his team at Hydr8 was such a pleasant experience!! Such as easy, effective communication and the whole process took less than a week. Our entire office is thrilled with the switch! Not only are we drinking clean water we have eliminated waste in our office and working towards a more green space. Highly recommend!!
