We had ran into some billing issues here in the office, That has been on going for some time now. A big confusion between 2 separate practices, that had not been handled properly with any other Rep i have dealt with. Then, I spoke with Anna. Thank you Anna for actually taking the time, and having a lot of patience with me trying to rectify the issue. Best water I've ever had.
We just had our Hydr8 water dispenser installed. Marek came on time, with everything he needed. He was absolutely terrific; professional, efficient, and polite - clearly on top of his game! He is a fine representative of the company . Water tastes like - water! There is none of the horrible taste and smell of typical south west Nassau tap water.
