A bean-to-cup machine grinds whole beans for every single cup, then brews it on the spot. No pods, no pre-ground packets sitting open, no carafe going stale on a warmer. Your team presses one button and gets a fresh-ground drink in about thirty seconds.
For an office that matters for three practical reasons: the coffee is better so people actually drink it, there is no packaging to buy or throw away for the coffee itself, and one machine covers espresso, americano, cappuccino and latte without anyone learning to be a barista.
HYDR8 installs and services the CAFFEIN8 bean-to-cup lineup across New York City and New Jersey, with our own in-house technicians rather than third-party contractors.

Every model above is available as a countertop unit or on an optional base cabinet as a free-standing machine. Standing heights run from 54.8″ (X-Presso) to 70″ (X5). All run on standard 120V power except the X5, which runs 110V at 1800W.
Which one fits your office?
Start with bean hoppers, not headcount. A single hopper means one bean at a time. A double hopper (X5) lets you run regular and decaf, or a house blend and a dark roast, without anyone swapping beans. If you have people who want decaf and people who want strong coffee, that is the deciding feature.
Then look at drink count. Eight options covers a small team that mostly wants coffee. Twenty-four covers a floor where people want lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate and hot water for tea from the same machine.
S1 (8 drinks): small medical and dental practices, insurance and real estate offices, small law and accounting firms.
X1 (12 drinks): mid-size corporate offices, professional services, engineering firms, regional offices, government buildings, schools.
X5 (24 drinks, double hopper): corporate headquarters, large hotels, hospital systems, cafeterias and conference centers.
X-Presso (espresso-focused): executive suites, investment banks, private clubs, premium buildings. Optional fresh milk module for real steamed milk.
Space check before you choose. Measure your counter depth first. Every unit here needs between 17″ and 23.6″ of depth, which is the constraint that catches most offices out, not width.
What comes with the machine
The machine is the visible part. The service is what makes it work on month eighteen.
Installation and setup, including plumbing to a filtered water line.
In-house technicians. HYDR8 employs its own service team rather than subcontracting, so the person who installed your machine is the person who comes back.
Preventive maintenance on a schedule, not just break-fix.
Coffee, and everything around it. Whole bean, powders, cups, lids and stirrers, restocked on your cadence.
One provider for the break room. Water, coffee, ice and pantry on a single account and a single invoice.
If any of these sound more like your office, say so and we will quote the right thing instead.
You want brand-name variety over fresh grinding. The CAFFEIN8 L38 and L68 brew-pack machines run 34 brew-pack flavors including LavAzza, Starbucks and Peet’s, with dairy, nut or soy frothed milk, and an optional CHILL module that adds six cold drinks. The L38 is only 8.3″ wide.
You want compostable single-serve. The CAFFEIN8 Fresh Cup and CX Touch run 40 compostable coffee and tea pod flavors. Both are made in the USA and carry UL and NSF certification.
You need volume for a cafeteria or a meeting floor, not variety. The CAFFEIN8 Single TVT and Dual TVT are commercial brewers with UL and NSF certification and temperature, volume and time control. The Dual TVT runs two brew baskets at once.
How long does a bean-to-cup machine take to make a drink?
About thirty seconds for a standard cup. The machine grinds and brews per cup, so there is no waiting for a batch.
Do we need a plumbed water line?
Yes. These connect to a water line, which is also why HYDR8 filtration and coffee are usually installed together. If your building’s water is hard or heavily chlorinated, filtration protects the machine as well as the taste.
Can one machine serve a whole floor?
It depends on how many people want a drink in the same fifteen minutes, not on your total headcount. Morning arrival and post-lunch are the peaks. A double-hopper X5 handles a busy floor comfortably; two smaller units placed apart often beat one big unit placed centrally.
Do you service what you install?
Yes, with in-house technicians. That is the main reason clients move to us from providers who subcontract service.
What if we already have a coffee provider?
Most of our installs replace an existing setup. We handle removal and changeover.
